Since we opened our doors in 1994, volunteers have been the driving force behind the work we do. The contributions made by our volunteers is what allows us to continue doing what we love to do: send deserving children to camp!

If you are interested in volunteering with Camp Jumoke, please send an email to our volunteer director at: volunteer@jumoke.org. You will be contacted regarding upcoming volunteer opportunities. High School students completing their volunteer requirements are also encouraged to contact us.

RAISE FUNDS

Each year, Camp Jumoke hosts fundraiser in order to raise the necessary funds needed to continue the important work we do. Every effort made by you, helps us continue our mission.  Donations raised through friends and family or even through hosting a special event are all needed and greatly appreciated!

DONATE PRODUCTS OR SERVICES

Each year our campers require things such as t-shirts, reusable water bottles and school supplies (to name a few). Donating these items will help ensure that our campers have a healthy and enjoyable camping experience. Donated items which can be used to generate funds are also welcomed (e.g. gift cards and baskets, silent auction items).

Camp Jumoke is a charitable organization run entirely by volunteers. We meet once a month and there are many areas in which you can help. If monthly meetings are not your thing, consider volunteering to help with one of our fundraising events. High-School students completing volunteer requirements are encouraged to get involved.

Volunteer

It costs over $2,300 to send one child to camp for two weeks. Through our fundraising efforts, we remove the financial obstacles that may otherwise prevent a child from going to camp. Your donations help us to realize that goal year after year. Tax receipts are issued for all donations over $20.
